Due to the nature of digital downloads:

All digital product sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on:

  • printable worksheets
  • downloadable workbooks
  • digital resources

If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will assist you.

Physical Products

For physical items (such as clothing, backpacks, or other merchandise):

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
